Walker Todd, a former counsel to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland who lately has been assisting the Committee for
Monetary Research and Education and the American Institute for Economic Research. The NPR program's hosts mocked the
federal government's concern about the Liberty Dollar and other alternative currencies, and one of the hosts wondered
